πŸ“ƒAsset list

Describes the functionality of the property list provided by the Monitoring Menu > Left Sidebar.

1. Asset List

1) Asset Management

(1) To add an Asset

Click the [Add] button at the bottom of the sidebar to register additional domains, servers, or cloud assets. Registered assets are displayed as asset cards in the sidebar, allowing you to modify or delete asset information anytime for management. You can monitor the current status of these registered assets by asset type.

[Asset List - Sidebar]

  • [+ Add Asset]: Click the Add button to register additional assets.

[Add Asset > Register secure property information]

Register security asset information.

  • Asset Name: Enter the company's security asset name. (Required field)

  • Asset Tag: Enter the name of the tag to be attached for asset management. (Optional, up to 20 characters)

- Asset tags allow you to manage registered assets with tags. By setting a tag to an asset, you can quickly find assets by filtering with the relevant tag. By default, one asset is matched with one tag, and if no asset tag is specified, it is categorized as 'Unassigned'.

Asset tags can be created by either adding a new asset under "Add Asset" or by clicking the [Create New Tag] button in 'Settings > Tag'. Please refer to the relevant section for managing created asset tags.

- If there is an existing asset tag, clicking the input field will display the existing tag, which can be selected to apply it to the asset.

[Set existing property tags]

To create a new tag, you can enter it directly into the input field, allowing you to add a new tag beyond those already registered. Even if you haven't created a new asset tag during the asset registration phase, you can create one by clicking the [Create New Tag] button in Settings > Tag.

[Create a new tag]

  • Asset Type: Select an asset type. (required)

  • Asset Type Input: The available input fields change based on the selected asset type.

- Domain Address: If you select a domain, this input field will be displayed. Enter the domain address.

If you enter a subdomain, only that subdomain will be registered. However, if you enter a root domain, it will automatically search for subdomains under the root domain and register them as assets.

If you want to manage subdomain assets based on the root domain, please enter the 'domain address' as the root domain address.

- Server Address: This field appears when a server is selected. Enter the IP address of the server you want to manage.

Once a server asset is registered, you can check its ports and register allowed ports for management.

- Cloud Account Information: This input field appears when selecting a cloud. Enter the AWS Access key ID and Secret Access key.

AWS Access Key is the credential needed to access an AWS account and is used for accessing AWS resources or calling APIs. The Access Key consists of an Access Key ID and a Secret Access Key.

To perform an IAM audit for AWS, which OK Intelligence offers with checks for 9 items, you need to generate an Access Key ID and Secret Access Key. Enter these key values when registering the cloud asset.

(5) Show Domain Bundles / Mark Domains Individually

Domains can be grouped by root domain for display. If displayed individually, the root domain and subdomain will each be shown as separate domain cards.

  • Show Domain Bundle: When both a root domain and subdomains are registered, you can organize and display the subdomains grouped under their respective root domain.

[Asset Card > Right-click > Show Domain Bundle]
  • Show individual Domains: When subdomains are grouped based on the root domain, you can ungroup them by selecting 'Domain Individual Display.' This allows you to manage each domain separately without grouping them.

[Asset Card > Right Click > Show Individual Domains]

2) Filter List & Mini Dashboard

Provides filters by default, by domain, and by server. If there are additional asset tags, filters are provided for each tag. The side bar displays only the selected filters based on the chosen values.

[Sidebar Top > Filter]

3) View Summary

You can display asset cards in the sidebar in a 'Summary View' for a concise display. By default, the 'Summary View' is OFF, and the asset information is shown in a standard, full-size format.
