You can set various environments necessary for using OK Intelligence services.


1. Account

You can check the configured account information.

2. Permission

You can select a specific account from the list of linked administrator accounts to grant or revoke access to the OK Intelligence service page.

3. Security

You can restrict access IPs for each account when logging into the OK Intelligence service page.

  • Admin Access IP Restriction: The default status is 'Disabled'. If you enable this feature, all IP addresses not listed below as allowed will be restricted from accessing the page.

1) Register accessible IP

Click the [Create] button to register an accessible IP.

  • Select an account from the account list to assign an accessible IP, then enter the IP address or range to register.


2) Modify Accessible IP

Modifying registered accessible IP information.

[More > Edit]

  • Click the "More" button next to the IP address you wish to edit from the accessible IP list, and then select "Edit."

3) Delete Allowed IPs

Delete the registered accessible IP.

Click the 'More Options' button next to the IP address you want to modify in the accessible IP list, then select 'Delete'.

4. Screen

You can set the main asset to be displayed by default on the main screen upon login, or configure the default language to be shown on the screen.

  • Main Asset Settinge: If a main asset is not set, the asset card displayed at the top of the sidebar is chosen as the default main asset and will be shown as the main screen upon login. If a main asset has been selected, the chosen main asset card will be displayed as the main screen from the next login onwards.

  • Language Setting: You can select the language to be displayed on the screen.


5. Inspection

You can set the automatic check time for the items automatically inspected by OK Intelligence (entire IAM automatic check, domain certificate automatic check, SSL certificate automatic check, subdomain automatic discovery, open port automatic check).

6. Tag

You can separately create asset tags, view a list of created asset tags, and manage them by editing or deleting as needed.

You can create a new asset tag either when adding a new asset or by clicking the [Create New Tag] button under Settings > Tag Settings.

1) Create New Tags

  • To create a tag, click the [Create New Tag] button. You can enter up to 20 characters for a tag.

2) Tag Edit

  • To edit tags, check the list, click the 'More' button, and select the 'Edit Tag' submenu to modify existing tags.

3) Remove tags

  • You can check the tags to be deleted from the list, click on the 'Delete Tag' option under the more button, and remove existing tags. When a tag is deleted, the tag from all assets using it will be removed, changing their status to 'Unassigned'.

  • Assets using this tag can be viewed by clicking the magnifying glass icon, and you can immediately remove a set tag by clicking the [Remove Tag] button.
